We begin with a slow, mindful walk through the building, using movement and breath to ease tension and bring the nervous system back into balance. Subtle visual reminders along the way invite awareness without interrupting the flow of the day. After the walk, participants may create either a calming jar or a personal bookmark. The calming jar becomes a simple visual tool for regulation, reminding us that when things feel stirred up, they naturally settle with time and breath. The bookmark offers a quiet creative option, a small reminder to pause and return to steadiness throughout the day. This experience supports educators during one of the most demanding points of the school year, offering practical ways to reset energy, restore clarity, and carry a calmer presence back into the classroom.
