Evening Ease is a calming tea-based experience focused on nervous-system regulation and sleep support. The session introduces simple, realistic strategies to help the mind slow down after a full day of teaching. Participants will enjoy warm tea while learning reflection practices that reduce mental looping, release stress held in the body, and encourage deeper rest. Gentle journal prompts offer a way to mentally “close the day,” making it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep. Everything shared is designed to be simple, repeatable, and supportive of long-term well-being. Our Why: Small, intentional breaks regulate the nervous system, helping you reset in the moment so you can show up with patience and clarity all year long. Location: Life Skills Room 40
