This HIIT session is designed to help teachers release built-up stress, boost energy, and reconnect with strength in a short, efficient way. The movements are functional and adaptable, meeting participants where they are while offering an opportunity to move with intention and purpose. High-intensity intervals help discharge stress from the body, improve circulation, and elevate mood through natural endorphin release. For educators, this kind of movement is especially important during the winter months, when energy is lower and the body can feel stagnant from long hours of standing, sitting, and holding tension.
