Grounded in our Pause • Check • Choose framework, this offering invites participants to slow down just enough to notice what’s present, move with care, and respond in a way that supports the body they have today. Sessions are primarily chair-based, with a brief standing option offered for those who want it. Movement is simple and intentional. Breath is used as a support, not a demand. Options are woven throughout so each person can work at their own level, rest when needed, and build confidence through consistency rather than intensity. This practice is especially supportive for seniors and mixed-ability groups, as well as anyone seeking a calmer, more grounded way to move. The chair is part of the practice, not a modification, allowing for stability, safety, and ease. Chair yoga is not about doing less.
