Tailored to support women during and after pregnancy, this class integrates the wisdom of yoga with therapeutic insights to enhance pelvic floor strength, stability, and overall well-being. Join us for a transformative experience that honors the intricate needs of your unique journey into motherhood. Pre-registration online is required for class. In consideration of our instructors' time and dedication to your practice, kindly honor your class registrations by either attending or providing at least 3 hours' notice if you're unable to make it. Failure to do so will result in an invoice for the class or use of your class card credit, as our teacher will be prepared and waiting to guide you through your practice.
